If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
I've discovered why in the dink source, but instead of fixing it I'll just make it work in Windemere. However, one weird problem I don't understand (I blame it on the old DirectX version Seth programmed for) is that if midi's don't play immediately, if I AltTab out and back in, they work. Weird. Of course AltTabbing back out and in again breaks it....
