The problem here is that, in the latest version of the game, the woman you're trying to talk to (as well as one other vital character) does not have a script attached. Sjoerdje suggested fixes in his blog, and I have compiled these into an itty bitty patch. Go here for that. Stick the map.dat file in the D-Mod's folder, and tada.
