If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
If you are like me, you'll create a new civilisation called the "Communists" and take over the world.
Of course, you have to keep the opposing civilisations in existance, even if just for the sake of historians.
I suggest allowing them 1 town, or perhaps 2, which you should keep under constant survelliance at all times.
And if they cause any trouble... bring out the nukes you have been hiding nearby.
