I'm with WC on that count guys. Submiting to a bully is rewarding that bully. Spain did what the terrorist wanted, now they have spains number and can dictate what spain does.
Spain probably shouldn't have gone to Iraq against the will of its own people, but after that madrid bombing, it should have been all out war on the terrorist. I'm don't think the terrorist are in Iraq. They tend to hide in Mosques. Should a mosque be off limits if that can be proven?
