It'll never happen. And, Bush's reign as king is coming to an end. Bush's style of foreign policy is a fudgeing embarrassment!
How can he possibly repair his differences with other countries if he refuses to allow the war non-participants to participate in Iraq's rebuilding? He is clearly out of his league.
Nation building? WTF! Its time for the UN to step in and clean up after Dubba. It's a shame that what he has done reflects poorly on all US citizens, because this presidency is most definitely not as advertised to those that voted for him...
