I have learned from participating in (and lurking around) many message boards and communities that ranks like these mean jack shoot. It is NOT the quantity of your posts, files, et cetera, but the quality rather. I don't care if you have made 10,000 posts; if they are all mind-numbingly stupid, you will still be treated as a newbie. But on the flip side, if you ask intellegent questions, contribute what you can once in a while (answering questions, maybe adding a decent file to the community), you will more quickly be accepted as a regular.
