I have both unplugged and disconnected the pad several times. It did not help.
Answer for "merlin" :
1) Well, in Dink the sound effects - like punching etc works - but there is no music playing. In other games and in Windows sound effects as well as music works.
2) I also have a Sidewinder game pad which seems to work okey with Dink. But the Gravis pad works with other games, so I don't think it's broken anyhow......
Another strange thing is that the main Dink game is "very speedy" on my new pretty fast computer. The DMOD's of course also runs faster, but in a more normal way. Can it be some hardware conflicts between a new computer and the "old" Dink game?
I have played Dink for years on my old PC and never runned into trouble......
