I could answer all of those questions except for maybe the one about Jveenhof. I do know that he has come and gone and he played some hoax about his death (reminds me of a trick the Dwarves played with their guitarist). I'm too new here (a little more than a year) to know about the billions of others things Jveenhof and the others have done since this thing has been around for 6 years and a dink month is like a normal week.
