If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
As I said, I wouldn't release it to the public. It would be for myself. I was merely suggesting, or trying to suggest, that people could make their own similar file, as I know I'm often wasting time skipping in and out of Dinkedit to check different sequence numbers, and I expect many other Dinkers do to.
