Having Oral sex is a way to contract gonorrhea. It can cause a nasty rash like infection on your face, but it will not have the full effects that having unprotected sex would have (though I doubt either way you would be having fun with it). I am very skeptical of the STD being contracted through semen. It is useally contracted through touching of bear skin, or the kitty discharge that oozes out of male genitals durning the infection. However, if the STD has infected the reproductive system (which is not a good thing for the infected party) it can be transmitted through semen.
