I really don't know what to make of this site. Most of the time it's interesting with lots of different comments and opinions. Some of you are mature but most are ready to fight, argue, complain, whine, and generally be a pain in the butt bout some something that amounts to a molehill. Don't say this, don't say that, do this, do that, so-so did this, so-so didn't do that. Some of you take offense at just about anything and everything and yes, I've done it too. Some of you want to change the world so only your viewpoint matters. A lot of you want to be the arbiter of what can or can't be done or said. You have everyone of you broken your own so called rules. You look down on anybody that doesn't know these "rules" or doesn't know how to make a dmod. If a person doesn't know about computers, a lot of you automatically think they aren't worthy of you. It definitely shows in your attitudes to others. You put down those people, you make fun of them, and you get snotty to them. You are so afraid of being the one that others don't like that you find someone to be a scapegoat like glenn glenn or others I could name. You fight at the drop a hat, you piss and complain, and you act oh-so-superior. Well, here's an idea: you are just kids. You will learn alot when you actually get out in the world. Life is hard and the majority of people have to work hard just to live. And believe me - attitude counts. Everybody in the world tries to help everyone else because nobody can do it on their own. So and so hears of a job and tells someone thats looking for a job. He/she gets the job and then has to have help to learn the ropes. If they go into this job thinking they are the only one to know anything, they are soon out of a job. And this applies to everything, not just the working life. No-one is an island. Surprise- It doesn't revolve around just you and your ideas.
This does not apply to everyone here by ANY MEANS.
I have seen everything under the sun posted on this board. I probably don't know or understand the rules that apply to sites like this. But nowhere in the listed rules does it limit what subject can or can't be discussed nor does it say what can or can't be asked. It seems like there are some unofficial rules on this site. As I've seen just about everything posted that can be posted, I sometimes don't realize it should not be posted. This is a site that apparently has lots of unwritten do's and don't. Maybe I'm just slow to catch on. However, if I post something that should not be posted, then let me know. NICELY.
Otherwise my response will be: kiss my ass.
