Oh, NOW YOU'VE DONE IT! 
I was hoping they were perpetual, sort of like Docker, however it seems the runtimes only receive about 2 years of support. The newest runtime appears to drop certain SDL2 helper libraries as well, and there's no stable release of Mixer for SDL3 yet either meaning it's not possible to migrate to it yet.

It's all so tiresome...
