If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
The second fragment is in the chicken farmer's house, at the lower-right corner, below the beds.
You get the last fragment by talking to the boy at the fountain while having the other two fragments and solving the side-quest he gives to you.
If you've killed the boy, his fragment piece spawns on his corpse (or if you miss it, inside the house west of the fountain).
