If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
The difference is that the tooth fairy isn't real, so you don't need to worry about it coming after you (like something out of that lame movie, Darkness Falls). Josh however, is real and will punch out a tooth for a dollar, then if you refuse, he will punch out the other and ask for two. Don't f*ck with him.
