I finished the D-Mod, and while the ending save reported 100% completion, I'm pretty sure I haven't found everything. Found the DDC easter egg, because I snooped around a particular file (was searching if there were any other "peaceful" solutions to the situation). But I didn't find the boss fight with the bomb guy from the trailer.
I have to say, even if I didn't enjoy some aspects of it, this is one D-Mod packed full of content. Like way more then many others.
