I have what may be a dumb question. In reading reviews on different games, there are many opposing opinions about whether a game has bugs or not. Why does a game play fine for one person but not another? I know the computer ability varies widely but shouldn't a program that's precisely laid out play the same way no matter the computer? What causes a game to crash on one computer and not another?
