Yeh, there's a feature on YouTube that allows you to assign roles on channels, so I have the channel created, and I assign manager roles to ppl to give them access to upload, which basically gives them complete control of anything on the channel as well. Once you have access, you log in via your own channel, and can "switch" to use youtube as Dinksmallwoodpt. The only difference is, you don't have the Dinksmallwoodpt password, as you don't need it to log in.
Generally, following the process that has always been in place, if someone wants access, I would be willing to add them if they can record at decent quality, and include commentary, and also if they have a trustworthy rep, which is decided collectively amongst the current active users. (since once granted access someone who gained access to troll could just come in and wipe the channel).
