I don't think any of us have a place to say anything about the name of this d-mod. The author has called it that, the people from CS are NOT gonna come along and sue him are they? So whats the problem? By calling it Counter-Strike, he is letting us know his inspiration, and what it's based on.

I don't like stealing things either, but with d-mod's, I just see it as a little "extra" touch to let people know what the mod is about.
