You don't seem to understand what I'm trying to say. I'm not talking about using graphics or sounds or all that crap. I'm simply talking about the trademark name. All he needs to do is change the Counter Strike part in his name. That's all that's copyrighted, the characters may be from Counter-Strike but they have been drawn so it doesn't matter. Simply change the name to CS Capture The Flag (CTF In the Counter-Strike World)
