HI ALL!

First I would like to say that I really love this game! Years ago I even created some of my own content. Nothing memorable.
I have a few questions...

1) How do I become a member of dinknetwork?
2) Is there a way to DL all of the MODS in one pack?
3) Is the dev kit still available?
