I HATE the heat. Here in southern Ontario, where we are sandwiched between the Great Lakes, we also get high humidity/humidex readings. I think the true measure of heat is not the actual temperature reading but whether you have air conditioning. For those of us without it, like myself, the heat becomes unbearable. Try sleeping in it. Ugh.

Hang in there. Hope you have A/C. If not, cold showers work wonders.
