My problem is boring to Dink advocates. I used to be one, but when the new file format came out a few years ago, I haven't been able to play them. I know I'm doing something wrong. Probably part of it is that I downloaded the files to the wrong place.
Are there instructions for this? I have dozens of DMODs that I can't use!
Another problem is that when I do play the Dink original, if I Alt-Tab to reach my desktop, when I return the game, the colors are garish and all over the place. I can't even see much.
I Alt-Tab often, so I need to fix this, too.
I've been out of the Dink sphere of influence for several years because of these problems, but I'm in my '70's, and won't have much time to get back up to speed.
