If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
There would only be problems if you were the first to get money off of a dmod.

If someone posted the idea as "this is cool", it's fine to implement it. If they posted it as "I'm working on this", I would ask them first. That's probably a good idea anyway. But if you get no answer, just go ahead with it.
