I will probably upgrade sometime. If it's true what Microsoft are saying that Windows will be switching away from a major release model to an incremental release model than getting the upgrade is probably a good idea.
Having said that, I am not really in a rush to switch. Everything is working for me right now and switching to a newer version will always break some things, I'd like the system to have a little bit more maturity before I switch. Also, I haven't yet figured out how the license system works now, I'd really like to keep my current retail license because it would alow me to install on a new computer as well. I think that will be possible, but it doesn't hurt to wait a bit longer.
