If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
FreeDink lacks all that stuff due to licensing reasons. You can put FreeDink into the same directory as regular Dink (in which case it will use the same stuff as the original game), or point 'override the default Dink Smallwood directory' in DFArc to original Dink's folder.
