Haha! So this is what the "Complete Idiots Guide..." books are written like. After doing tech support for some while, I can definitely see the value in this book series. Or, I could tell the person to take it back to the store because they're too stupid, but, that's kinda mean. Well, if the person can find this book at a bookstore, and can read for that matter, then this is the perfect book. And if they can't read, then they probably don't even have a computer, or <muttered ramblings>...
