Gee, by that same token, games like Alliance Command and Ed the SCV should be taken off the Dink servers because of their graphics and story. Too bad nobody really gives a s**t. People make mods based on existing games all the time. I just played a mod for Morrowind called Castlevania, and another mod for Neverwinter Nights that follows the plot of the original Final Fantasy to the letter. Give it a rest, only overly anal lawyer-type people are really concerned about this stuff.
: - The end boss is Osama Bin Laden, or at least a look alike, I don't mind spoiling that bit for people as this is a reason hy you shouldn't play it and why it should not have been uploaded. Anyway, use of Osama Bin Laden in a game or use of anything to do with the bugger is not allowed, even if it is freeware. These are real laws I'm talking about here. That's also the reason why Counter-Strike MODS had to have rules to them, one main one is the fact that Osama could not be included AND this is the same as any game or MOD on the internet. Trust me
I'm sorry, now this is just getting stupid. In America, such a law would be a gross violation of the 1st Amendment (right to free speech). And I'm pretty sure it's the same in Briton. Heck, I just watched an episode of South Park that included Bin Laden. And I believe the Simpsons had an episode that showed a short clip of Bin Laden in a blender. If nationally sydicated TV shows are able to get away with using Bin Laden's likeness, some obscure d-mod could, too.
