Thanks for the guidance.
I got a phone call just as I killed the Pillbug (really difficult to kill!). I saw a message appear at the bottom of the screen, but I was distracted enough to not facilitate 'my' memories being placed in storage. I figured the only way to see the message again was to run the table and again kill the Pillbug, which would likely take several 4 or more runs through the entire adversary inventory.
I've covered every pixel of the island, but haven't located the secret area. I'll give it one more try and then back to the arena. I don't give up easy.
