"I was more asking for instructions on how to do it myself. It's something I'd like to learn, but if you're offering, something for this project along the lines of 'Dink Smallwood Community Stream DMOD' would suffice. I've also been looking to do an outro that has my Youtube, Twitch, Twitter info on it. Just a simple image, but I can't figure out how to do that either.

Um... since the stream is so near, I probably won't be able to make an intro in time for that but I'm assuming you plan to do more in the future, so I can still make you one for future streams/videos.
Making a decent intro for your videos, or a decent outro is not really something you can just tell someone how to do, it takes time to learn (youtube tutorials are good). Unfortunately most free video editing software is limited and mostly garbage, Sony Vegas is what I have always used, it gets the job done. It's not free.

I'll make an intro and outro sometime, and send it to you to have a look at.
