If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
There's nothing wrong with the tileset. You'll have to be more spcific than "Why is that I just recently downloaded them and I cant see."
Some building sprites suffer from the true colour bug, if that's what you mean. (When you play in true colour, these sprites have a white background behind them.) That's because back when DinkCraft was made, there was no true colour mode - if you play with true colour mode OFF, the problem that causes it doesn't matter.
