Okay - Blender, well, never tried it. Or heard of it for that matter. Rhino 3D - not TOO bad, but Maya is still much better.

Here are the system requirements:
Maya requires one of the following operating systems: Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional,
Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional (Service Pack 2 or higher) Apple® Mac® OS X (10.2.4 or 10.2.6)

Maya requires one of the following browsers: Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 5.0 or higher Netscape® 6.0 or higher

At a minimum, Maya requires a system with: Intel® Pentium® II or higher,
AMD Athlon™ processor, Macintosh® G4 512 MB RAM CD-ROM Drive Hardware-Accelerated OpenGL® graphics card 3-button mouse with mouse driver software 450 MB of hard disk space

So, there you go. The RAM requirement is a bit high, but I haven't tried it with anything lower than 512MB.

I like Maya because it has a, well, interesting interface, slightly more complicated than 3DsMax, however, Maya does have more power. After you use it a couple times, it's not that hard. It's kinda like Photoshop for the 3d world, where as Rhino is like, uh, Ms Paint for the 3d world.
