Kris, are you really not getting that Punisher does understand you need a license to legally drive, but that he just doesn't agree that it should be so? It's kinda silly to watch you complain about him not understanding your point, when you're actually the one not getting his point. 
Also, on a completely different note, isn't it about time people stopped calling him "Predator"? There's another account named that on the site, and imo it's sort of disrespectful towards that person, to use his username to refer to Punisher.
