It's not that there's not, there are many. All the seemingly random sounds he makes during the video are different attempts at the foxen sound by different group from whatever country he was from (I can't remember which one it was, but it was in Europe...). There is no consensus, however, so no one really knows which sound to use now...
and yes, I used the word foxen, as opposed to foxes. AFAIK, it's the more proper word to use.
