If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
It's probably because the dink folder is hidden somewhere in windows...
Search for the dink folder in Program Files, caan you find you dmod there? If not look in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Dink Smallwood\
Then you can just save your .c-files in the story folder and only use WDE for telling dink which scripts to attach to which sprites
