If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
I'm going with the PS4 as well, just because I'm fairly certain the exclusives Microsoft will pull out are games I won't be interested in (shooters mainly), whereas PS4 exclusives are usually a but more unique or just more to my liking (thinking Heavy Rain and such).
