Nice, but:

replace:

Geforce Fx -> Geforce TI 4200 128mb agp 8x

HD -> Same HD with 8mb CACHE

stock HeatSink+Fan -> A good copper one

When you got a good HSF then overclock the p4 @ 2.8Ghz
