Well that's not really good enough reason to prove they aren't human, however I do agree that they aren't. However... once they combine into a growing organism, I don't believe it's right to "dispose" of them. This is the point where if no further action is taken, there will be a baby (barring some accident or mutation causing failure of birth).
So no, I don't really think abortion is right unless there is a very good reason for it. (i.e. mother will die or something). As for rape...a hard one to decide. I say if the mother can take care of the baby they should not get an abortion, and if they can't they should not get an abortion but could give the baby to a shelter/orphanage or allow a family member to adopt it. But it's hard to say... I don't really like any of the "workarounds" for rape pregnancy.
At any rate, we need to be smarter with the things in our pants and not get pregnant all the time...
