If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
The console DOES matter if the console is required to be online, won't let you play the game on a console at a friends house or anywhere else, never let you borrow/lend the game, or sell your game back EVER, watches you 24/7, makes you sacrifice a virgin...oh wait.
At least Microsoft changed their minds, so at this point it doesn't really matter, besides a $100 difference
