Well, it's not worse than Windows 7, for whatever that's worth. 
Other than the fact it lacks a start menu by default, so I had to get an "app" for that. Oh, and the fact programs are called "apps" now.
The game lags constantly for me. Even the mouse cursor on the title screen is sluggish.
