No way! Any d-mod which has a decent and original story is a different game. Unless the author has simply taken the exact same elements from another d-mod, and bunged them into a EXTREMELY similar map, then you cannot compare the two as being the same game.
But there is obviously not going to be VAST changs between d-mods, simply because of the way the Dink engine works, and most d-mod authors inability to make good new graphics.
