Ah, I had this problem a while back (if you did what I did). For some raisin the Windinkedit files have to be in the programs folder in C:. You can have Windinkedit in your Dink folder (together with all your Dinky files), but in that case it seems you have to put everything in programs. This kind of annoyed me, but I just made a shortcut to the folder in the startmenu, and I am happy that everything works fine, so...
