I agree with Kyle here, only use a new system if it is going to be significant. A bit of a loose system that doesn't add anything is more a problem than a feature. Try to keep the amount of systems you use limited.

Whether or not you should use a morality system? Well, if you've got to ask, perhaps not. Such a system can work, but only if you are convinced it works. If you have to ask I fear you're not as unstoppably enthusiastic about it.
