If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
When it's made just to tick you off. Examples being you start in an area that is filled with monsters much more stronger than you and you have no hope for survival, much less a decent weapon. The game being extremely confusing or convoluted, stuff like that. However, it would be subverted if that beginning was supposed to be you had to die first before you could continue the game (Such as, you die, and then a cutscene happens that takes you to a different place.)
