Mmmm, pizza. 
I have blender (A 3D-gfx program), but as with most professional, free programs, you'll need tons of tutorials and VERY much patience before you can make anything cool.
Paint shop pro is much easier to use, but you can't make that cool pictures with it. And... I'm not very creative.
