It should be fairly obvious to anyone, even to atheists, that at one stage a super-matter existed. I call it God. Atheists try not to think about it (And fair enough, too. As the great Nietzsche said: why should we have to justify our beliefs to anyone except ourselves?). Anyhow, as I understand it, this super-matter is the forerunner of everything else that exists. At some point this super-matter started to asexually reproduce - the first thing out was "The First Begotten Son." Well, you know, outside of the confines of time and space it could've been anything, even a raptor or flying meatball.
