Dink Smallwood is a game, not a religion. The Dink Network is not an RP site, it's a forum for discussion about the game and related D-Mods. The main reason why we don't 'get a little get together' is because we all live in different parts of the world. I personally don't have the time or money to go around the world just to meet a few people for a few days at least. There are some, like Predator, who wouldn't even come even if one of us held his mother at gunpoint (Excuse the image that surely must have given you). Also, you're already a member. Now if your question was aimed at 'how do you become a staff member', it happens through exceptional activity on the DN, usually through lots of contributions, positive actions and words at and towards other Dinkers, and being picked by ReDink or Tal.
Now, back to the little 'religion' thing. Every person here has different ethnic and religious backgrounds. I am a Christian who follows the Christian God. DinkDoodler is a Muslim who follows Allah. Predator is an Atheist who follows no God. I can't say for certain who all follows what god, if they do at all, but to call what we are gathered for Dinkism, that's both inaccurate and, to some, insulting. I know you're still very young, you're my little brother's age so I understand what you're getting at, but there are times when you have to think, will my comment stir up some negative responses. Thinking ahead and looking over what you are about to post can be critical. I myself cannot guarantee that everyone will like you for being considerate to other people's feelings, Pred certainly doesn't care no matter what you do unless you're agreeing with him endlessly (That, I advise, is something you never do).
