change some limits around and compile a new version

Been trying to, since 2009.
Hopefully Dink 1.08 Unlimited will emerge in roughly 2015

Keep in mind that there are a few off-by-one errors that can crash a modified build, and one may need memory breakpoints to find them(Red had noticed fgold was altered by the palette entries array, I've had a graphics buffer overlap with the callbacks array etc.)
