If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Not sure if it is windows or just WinDinkEdit plus that is screwing up graphics. Try using WinDinkEdit or just plain old DinkEdit to edit the hardbox. (DinkEdit is the one I prefer for editing hardboxes.)
And try reloading the graphic by removing the edited .ini lines from Dink.ini.
