WinDinkEdit doesn't work on Windows 7
Maybe for you. Though, I will admit, it does crash a lot. It did on Vista too, but I dunno. It could be that Vista sucks, and two it crashes on Win7 cause Win7 was actually built off of Vista.
Or, WinDinkEdit+ needs some serious fixing.
