If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
My friend confirmed he would join your server. Someone else may also join, depending on if his computer starts liking Minecraft or not. Just out of curiosity, since I have a private server that we goof around on, what plugins do you use? I'm currently using Essentials alone, and since the server is private I haven't bothered installing Permissions (or similar plugins).
